SO, all these ungraded cards in old time collections or even on this board have a high number of altered cards?

Sorry to say you have been sadly misinformed.


Edited to add, that you have nothing to back your statement up except "dealers told me" Perhaps you should learn about cards yourself and not take the word of others, especially if you are going to spend quite a bit of money on them.
