I went to "Market" in High Point twice in the late 90's. It's not something that can be described to someone that hasn't seen it. I met Ernest Hemingway's son, Jack, the year that Thomasville rolled out the Hemingway Collection with the African theme.

And I despised the crowds - the city was simply overrun. Actually, and I'm not making this up, I solved that problem by getting Taco Bell drive-thru and taking it back to the hotel. Expensed the whole $4.29. Better that than the 3-hr waits for a table my co-workers dealt with.
