William, Bruce Dorskind and his group have advertised for decades buying rare cards, that's a fact. They would be a good start on your reseach if available. My Dad & Mom couldn't send me to a fancy school (I was busy chasing tail) but, my kids (as a result) went and I admire young people who put forth the effort to succeed. Good Luck!
