I have noticed that PSA & SGC seem to be more forgiving of defects on cabinet cards. PSA more than SGC. I have a PSA 4 T3 with the same type/size paperloss you described. SGC is not as forgiving, but have seen some SGC graded JKA cabinets that were graded higher than non cabinet cards would be. PSA can be more inconsistent than SGC IMHO, so no guarantees.
