Default A few cards some of you may not have seen (horizontals for Zeenuts, e100, t209 and more)

Figured I’d share scans of some cards that I’ve been lucky enough to acquire the past few weeks. Many of these don’t come up very often at all and due to their relative obscurity, some of you may not have seen one or more of these yet. I thought the horizontal poses were especially neat because none of these sets are really known for these and each of those three represent the lone horizontal pose within their respective sets.

E99 Dillon – neat Gilliam-Squires overprint. SGC was harsh on the card though giving it a 10 when it would be a 40 without that stamp.

E100 Cutshaw – This one caught people off-guard a few months ago when it appeared on BST. A lot of people didn’t realize either Bishop set even had a horizontal pose.

E90-3 Payne blue variation – this card missed a color pass during it’s original print run. However unlike the other “blue” variations of e90-3s we’ve seen, this one came out a light purplish or lilac color

T209 B.E. Thompson w/ B. E. Thompson back – kind of a neat card that remains one of the most prestigious cards in this large set. It also has a back that appeared on cards of Thompson and no other player in the set.

T209 Presley/Pritchard – unique horizontal pose featuring two players.

1912 Zeenut Baker – doesn’t get the hype the 1911 Halla gets but this is a nice pose too! I’ve seen fewer of this card than I have the Halla as well.

I wouldn’t want to mention these cards and not mention the gracious board members who either traded or sold them to me. So thank you, Andy, Scott, Mike, Brian and Matt!
