leonIt will be fine.... I have been to a few Brazilian Steak houses in Dallas. The quality of the meats are better at some than others. The best I have been to is Fogo de Cao.......the one we have reservations at will probably be very good.....though we might end up going more dutch to a place like this as the meal itself is not really cheap 
....In Dallas a nice Brazilian Steak house is around $65-$75 for each person not including drinks....(after tip and tax)....I am sure this one will be fine...
