I don't have a good answer to that one.
Right now the reservation is for 12 people (which is more than we have by informal count).
I asked if I could change the number higher or lower as we got closer - and the lady was very cordial but also asked for me to call with the info as soon as we have it.
When is 'too late'? I don't know.
So, the sooner the better.
Can someone start an official list of 'YES's and 'MAYBE's - so that I can keep track as we get closer. (barry ?
