As long as Joe is amenable, I would likely do this. The results could be seen set by set on the PSA Set Registry anyway so I couldn't imagine him having a problem.

Part of the deal is I would send in another couple thousand raw cards to Jow(a lot pre-war) so this may prove interesting as well.
