leonI understand your position of charging again with respect to this new found value. Fine, then PSA should not charge when the bump up doesn't happen. ALSO, these cards that stay in 8 holders (or whatever whole number)could be stigmatized as lower end cards and therefore lose value. IS PSA going to compensate people for that? Sorry, this is indefensible except to make more money...you can say anything you want to but that is what it is.....and I am ok with that but prefer to call it what it is....When a car mfg goes up in price they don't say it's to help consumers....that wouldn't be very good PR....as folks know better......regards
