Unfortunately on eBay you cant please all the people all of the time. If any of you have sold anything in quantity, you would know what i mean. I am not saying 99% is perfect, but i think its a more accurate reflection of customer satisfaction then the 1% who are unhappy. People are always quick to point out that X number have been unhappy in some way but always fail to mention the overwhelming majority who were happy.
