The one shown in the eBay listing is not particularly nice (condition wise), it is raw, and it may not be a legit card (probably is).
Starting at $50... it already isn't a bargain. If that grades a 1 or a 2 it probably is worth $85-$120.
you could wait for a beauty like this one and spend about $200 or so (no longer mine).
