So, which Wagners are tougher than T206 and which are easier? On the easier side, I assume we can safely list M116, Cracker Jack, E90-1, E92 (at least with certain backs), E93, E95, E98, and E254.

On the tougher side, I'd certainly include the Reccius Wagner, the E107, the E300, the T216s, the D381 Ferguson/Fleischmann bakery cards, the M110, and the E125s.

Where do the others fit in, like E94, E103, E105, E135, etc.
