I understand what it is meant to be - a PSA money grab. I just disagree.
Most surprising in this whole thread to me is JimC, because he has acknowledged that PSA is doing this simply to squeeze more money out of their customers, as he has explained the reason for the "equals/greater than" policy is because otherwise most people wouldn't submit everything. Yet, he is submitting himself to it anyway. Usually, the sheep going to the slaughter, if they find out what happens at the end of the line, don't go along...
