the A and the 10 grade is really a crapshoot. On any given day it could go either way although there's a strong case the tenney should be a sgc10...but once the dahlen and mullen are As it's just natural to grade the tenney as such also.

imo there's really no incentive to send in beaters for grading, unless it's an important/expensive card.
