I received a couple of emails (thank you guys!). One confirmed its not from the Police Gazette, and the other said its a Brooklyn Eagle supplement and while very rare, its trimmed.

I found alot of info only about the Brooklyn Eagle newspaper, but couldn't find any information at all about the supplements. Anyone have any info on these? Are they by chance in Lipset's Encyclopedia? I purchased one a week ago online but it hasn't come in yet.
