Default JACK MERSON 1952 topps #375

Posted By: PC

Brad -- it's great that there is a card of your uncle, but it is a pricey card for two reasons: (1) it is the 1952 Topps set which is one of the most popular and actively collected Topps sets and (2) it is a "high number" card in the set, and the high numbers were short printed, hence, it is more scarce than cards in the other series in the set.

You should have no trouble finding that card on eBay, but before bidding you should get comfortable with what a fair price might be (the current "buy-it-now" listed cards of your uncle on eBay seem pricey to me). In the eBay links Dave provided above, the second card (which is graded a PSA 6) is, IMO, priced within reason (although it might be overgraded).

There is another ungraded, low grade card on eBay right now, with a current bid of about $35, which you might look at:

Good luck.
