I don't want to make light of drunk driving, but, my Brother died of liver disease/failure due to alcoholism. SP, This is a big problem,and I know drinking and driving is a major problem. Don't laugh, but this is a disease. He was addicted to cigarettes, alcohol and anything else that numbed your senses. He always took it to extremes. The people that drive over and over willl not stop until the problem is solved.
