Steve, I'm sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine dealing with that.

I've seen drunk drivers responsible for deaths spend 15 years in jail; and I've seen them spend no time in jail. In my mind if you are using a loaded weapon recklessly -- whether it be a gun or a car while drunk -- the penalty should be the same.
