Not guilty on the conspiracy part...He did have knowledge of the conspiracy, but it seems there was a pretty wide pool of people that had knowledge of it and he did not take part in the throwing of the series. Did Ray Schalk have knowledge of the conspiracy? Being the catcher he had to know that Cicotte and Williams were throwing the games.
