The new purchasers of the Vancouver Canadians baseball team asked my spouse Jennifer if they could reproduce some of her works of old-time baseball players and hang them at the ballpark. She of course said yes, and here are the results, with some photos of the parkNeedless to say, it's quite a thrill to go to a game at the ballpark and see something which my spouse has created. (The feeling isn't quite so visceral when I look at the tax submissions I put out every day...)I mentioned in an earlier thread we'll be having a SABR meeting in Vancouver on Saturday, August 25, and we are finalized the process of having the meeting at the ballpark (no game that day), followed by a barbeque at our house.
