Why are you attacking Kevin so hard here? Do you have some connection to PSA/CU?

And FYI for everyone, the Federal Hobby Protection Act applies to coins and political items, not cards. The CA law (Business & Professions Code 21670 et seq.) applies in CA and it doesn't have any effect unless the altered item is sold.
