Thanks for helping me out. I do believe that there are people that don't post because they are simply afraid of ridicule.

Also if you are afraid of ridicule, it's a bad idea to be a trial attorney. Normally, your opposition will be just as sharp as you are and he will say your position sucks. Also, there will be times the Judge will be just as rude.

I would rather not be banned. But on the other hand I have been fairly successful in life and would not judge myself based on people's opinion of me on this Board.

There's no need to warn me. I'll try to comply. I'm sure that if I met people at the National, we would be drinking buddies rather quickly. I'm not that different just a little independent.
