Paul SI'll blame the bidder AND the seller. Sure the bidder should read the description, reprint is obvious, but I can't help but think that somewhere in the back of the seller's mind he/she knows they are being somewhat duplicitous, something that might be avoided if they just put "reprint" in the title. I won't bother to look at the bidding history, but at those prices there's either shill shenanigans, and if not, then a fair and decent seller should be rethinking their customer relations, not rubbing their hands together.
