DRIt looks to me like the reporter had the Sal Bando autograph ticket (receipt) on top of the forged photo (from the authentic signed photo). Someone could find fault with any grading / authentication company and paint a general picture about the opportunistic activities that regularly transpire. Do they happen more frequently in the autograph realm...absolutely!
