Bobby, saying BIN aren't included because you don't yet have the capacity to handle them is very different from saying they aren't included because they don't reflect actual value. If you agree that they do reflect actual values and you're working towards including them then I think we'd all be fine with that, but I'm not sure if that's your stance...
