Sorry, but I don't have a link. I went to the FBI Office in my city and took a copy of the E mail. In it, the seller said to stop harrassing him about his paper cut-outs of Ty Cobb and Honus Wagner because he had three Cousins who lived an hour away from me.

Seeing this, the FBI said his E mail to me COULD be construed as threatening but was not an outright, impossible to miss, threat. Compare that to the E mail the seller sent to you. It IS an outright threat that nobody could question what the guy meant.
