If he threatened you in an E mail, I would talk to the FBI about it. I had someone send an "almost" threatening E mail to me and I talked to the FBI. They said the E mail sent to me was close but not a direct threat.

If the seller is listing fake cards and threatening you, I would almost bet they have a criminal record. Maybe you can get them arrested like a couple fellow net54 members did with George Hudson. Nothing like sending a theif to jail for Christmas.
