Dave -- Windex is made with ammonia, and you now have an e98 (an issue that is subject to flaking) sitting in a semi-sealed ammonia rich "environment". Not sure if the ammonia itself can evaporate with temperature changes, etc., but if it does, it will likely remain in the holder, and actually come into contact with the card.

Not trying to be an alarmist here, but if you haven't already, you should consider busting that card out of that holder.
