JK- Not sure if you have ever managed a lot of people before but when you do, and I have on many, many levels, you put your manager cap on. If one, or a few folks, out of a whole lot, gripe about something....you tend to listen but not do too much. If a whole lot of folks gripe about something it becomes more of an issue. The Recent Pick Up threads hasn't reached that level by far. I also don't agree this is "my" board but the buck does have to stop somewhere. Like I said I don't see any problem worth fixing vis a vis the threads in question. With that being said I will always listen to board members when it comes to operational issues...Thanks again for your participation. This is certainly an issue worth discussing, and it has been discussed....take care
