The whole thing seems odd to me. I echo the sentiments expressed earlier by several posters that the guys at GAI are very personable, intelligent and cooperative. The problem is their customer service needs real work and when you start ticking off customers by not returning calls or following through on promises, no matter how nice you are, you lose business.
