I completely agree with PSA on this matter. I have said it many times, and still firmly believe, any card that was meant to be cut after mfg should get a "Hand-cut" qualifier.....A numerical grade is fine but without the qualifier I think it makes no sense....just my opinion.....btw, I think the PSA 8 Wagner should have the same qualifier... ....
