I can't help but think that the Yankees are about ready for another edition of the Steve Kemp/Ken Phelps/Larry Milbourne years, so that whomever takes the Yankees job this year won't be around too long. I'd like to think that Mattingly is astute enough to bide his time and let the 2008 version of Stump/Bob Lemon take the heat.
