Fred, you sound like Billy Mumphrey, a cockeyed optimist who got himself mixed up in the high stakes game of world diplomacy and international intrigue. Torre obviously isn't looking for more money, he's looking for less Steinbrenners. Knowing his recent luck the Steinbrenners will sell the team tomorrow -- to the Dolans.
