They are n173s with the Ad cut off. The seller originally listed them with a minimum bid of 7K if I recall correctly and they went unsold. I was the 3rd underbidder at just over 1K since I like trimmed cards. That said, I was also pretty confident I wouldn't meet the reserve. Either the buyer knows something I don't (easily likely) or they made a mistake. I IDed all of the guys except the one in the suit, and unless he was Bid McPhee I don't think there was a huge premium for the players. (Remember I could easily be wrong) Their previous purchases have mainly been modern stuff. If the cards were complete it would have been a fine price.

I would be interested in other opinions.
