Dan, don't know if this is what you want to hear but neither of the 2 guys in the C46 set is James William "Ducky" Holmes (according to my records.) As both players in that set were pitchers.

#60 Holmes (Rochester) is... James (Jim) Scott Holmes
#79 Holmes (Newark) is... Robert Holmes
