I might be wrong, but I dont think it matters to sgc at all - except that it might knock you below a 30. Ive had conversations with reps at sgc who have indicated a 30 is the best your going to do - of course, that does not explain your chance. My guess, if you sent the chance back to sgc for a review, it would come back a 30. I'd still take it any day of the week.
