The winner is a big early Seattle baseball collector in, of all places, Seattle. Presumably he collects other vintage PCL stuff also. A couple years back he helped design a big Seattle baseball history display at Safeco Field and there was a recent article about him and his collecting ways in one of the Seattle papers.
