Hey guys,

I tried the search feature and do apologize in advance if this has been covered in detail before...

How were T210s distributed? Specifically were...

1) ...all series available in packs at the same time or were they issued chronologically according to series.

2) ...all series distributed everywhere or were certain series restricted geographically in their dispersement (i.e. was series 6 "Blue Grass League" limited to Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia area**).

Any information would be appreciated. I do love the set and am always trying to learn something else.
