I am not so sure that the cards named all are rarer per se than the others in the issues but some of those issues are very tough and the Jewish players are especially in demand so they tend not to leave collections very often once they are picked up. That may account for a perception of extra scarcity in regard to cards that are not known to have been short printed or otherwise limited in their distribution.

My Solly Mishkin, for example, ain't going anywhere soon.
