I, too, heard that Moe Berg was somewhat "sloppy" in his clandestine operations in Europe. But, at least he remembered not to change the
use of his knife and fork while eating with the enemy.
I understand that one of our top spies in WWII was revealed, simply because upon cutting the meat on his dish, he then switched the fork
to his right hand. Europeans were brought up not to eat their food....switching the use of their utensils.

I don't recall the name of this top spy.
