Can anyone read the full name of the company that "authenticated" the card in the banner that the eagle is holding?

I asked for a full picture of the letter of authenticy. Seller said they are working on it now. I also asked for the contact information for that company that authenticated it and I got this.

"if you are the winning bidder you will get the certifecate with the card and all contact info to call the company your self."
