Default The Glory Of Their Times -- Baseball Card?

I recently purchased a letter signed by Rube Marquard in which he said he was enclosing a card "of all the Players in the book." I assume he meant just one card featuring the 22 players in Ritter's book. Anyone ever seen this card or know what Rube was talking about?
