It's impossible for me to speculate the ratio of bidding collusion vs. auction house shilling. You may be entirely correct but I have no data.

But I will say this: shilling is an artificial attempt to keep prices high. Collusion is an artificial attempt to keep prices low.

Please explain the difference to me.
