Joe D.I would take a PSA 1 over an SGC 30 depending on the flaws in the card.
That PSA 1 looks very nice. very good eye appeal.
If the SGC 30 had a crease going through Wagner's face.... I would spend half on the the 30 than I would on the PSA 1. Actually, I would probably just avoid the SGC 30 altogether.
edit to say: Bob, I think you have a better shot at making the 'professionally graded' argument for higher graded cards. Much tougher to do so with low graded cards... where eye appeal might take over the technical grade.
I am guessing there are 20s or 30s or PSA 2s that don't present nearly as nice as this card...
