Being a veterinarian, I think neutering would be an appropriate sentence for Mr. Vick. It has been proven to reduce aggression among aggressive dogs and it would prevent Mr. Vick from reproducing further preventing problems in the future. Just a thought. an adjunct to Jeff's post?
