steve yawitzI don't think I've ever sent extra money to a seller when I've been undercharged on shipping. But I also don't see it as a big deal when I occasionally shortchange myself when stating shipping costs.
I readily admit to generally charging an extra buck or so over the cost of my supplies and actual postage, but I also think I package stuff with more TLC than the average seller. Not to open up the shipping cost debate, but my problem is not so much as when there's a disparity between the s&h and the actual cost but when there's a big disparity between s&h and the level of care one should expect from such a charge.
