Centering is certainly consistent with an 8 Peter C. and I don't think typically a light rough cut results in a deduction. My concerns would be the printer's mark and more importantly whatever that stuff is below it on the right side, plus the lower left corner, that possibly is just the rough cut extending into the corner as to which there may be disagreement if it should result in a deduction.
