Paul SJeff -- You have to have an image editor program that has that capability, such as, but not limited to, Photoshop. In Photoshop I:
1.) Scan the front of the card on a larger canvas, i.e., don't crop to size in the scanner softer.
2.) Scan the back of the card (crop this one to size in scanner software).
3.) With both front and back image scans now open in your image editing software, drag and drop the 2nd image scan into an empty part of the 1st, larger scan.
Some editors also allow you to cut jpgs from one source and paste it in another.
