Default MC Qualifier on rare card

Hello Everyone,

I just picked up this Brooklyn Dahlen on ebay. I was wondering what effect PSA's (MC) qualifier will have on the value of the card? Is the fact that the card is somewhat difficult to get negate the fact that it is a miss cut?
