Selling on eBay... yes, that qualifies almost everyone as a dealer, myself included. Which, now that I think about it, answers your earlier question about the "golden era" of cards: it's right now. I am a dozen cards from finishing the T204 set. When I started in the late 80's, I hadn't seen 75% of the cards except in Frank Slocum's book. Progress!
